HGW-50C4/C3/C1 is high-quality laser welding system. The laser beam can be seperated into several beams under customer's demand. The laser beam is transmitted through optical fiber to do multi-spots welding at the same time. The system is mainly used in assembly of fiber-couple and metal parts of kinescope electron gun etc. The welding spot is firm and smooth, with small thermal-affecting area and distortion. The system has high working efficiency, long-time stable and reliable performance.

     This system consists of laser, power supply and the work-table. It also can be designed on at customer's specification. Customer can get options such as equipping manual lifting device. The monitor system is composed of two sets of CCD cameras and 9" monitors.
